- Welcome to Cobblestone Farm. We are located in the heart of the beautiful rolling Northumberland Hills. A short (1 hour) drive east of Toronto and you will be enjoying nature at its finest. Currently a working horse farm, the renovated 1850’s century home comfortably sleeps 14 but can accommodate up to 16 people.
